These terms set out the basis on which you interact with our website and shop with us. If you choose to place an order, you’re accepting what’s written here, so it’s worth reading carefully. If anything feels unclear, just get in touch before you go ahead.
1. About Us
We operate as Ma Vapour and trade under the name of Criska Limited, a UK-registered company based at 11 Cefn Rd, Old Colwyn, Colwyn Bay, LL29 9PN.
Our website is intended for UK customers only. We don’t offer international shipping, and we don’t make guarantees about compliance with laws outside the United Kingdom. If you’re browsing from abroad, you do so at your own risk, and it’s your responsibility to make sure you're not breaching any local laws. We’re not liable if you are.
2. Age Restrictions
We do not sell vape products to anyone under 18. That is the law in the UK.
When you place an order, you’re confirming you meet the legal age requirement. To ensure this, we carry out age verification using secure, third-party services. If your age can’t be verified electronically, we may ask for a photo ID. If we’re still not able to confirm your age, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Any attempt to bypass our checks may result in your details being flagged for future orders. We store verification data only as long as we’re required to by law or to make future purchases easier for you. We don’t use it for anything else, and we never share it with marketing firms.
3. Placing an Order
When you submit an order on our site, you’re making an offer to buy from us. That offer isn’t accepted until we send a dispatch confirmation letting you know the goods are on their way.
You’ll get an automatic confirmation email once your order is received, but that’s not the final word. It simply means your order has entered our system. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch. This could be due to stock availability, payment concerns, age verification failure, errors in product details or pricing, or any other reason we consider relevant.
If we find a clear mistake, such as a pricing error or product description issue, we’ll get in touch to explain your options. We might offer you a refund, suggest a suitable replacement, or allow you to cancel the order altogether. We don’t honour listings that contain obvious errors, but we’ll always aim to be fair.
Prices shown on our site include VAT where applicable. These prices may change from time to time without prior notice, although we won’t alter the amount after you’ve placed an order (unless there’s been a genuine error).
We sell products for personal use only. If you’re buying in large quantities or intend to resell, you’ll need to register with us as a trade customer first.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in full before we dispatch any items. We accept most major debit and credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
All transactions are handled securely through trusted third-party payment processors. We don’t see or store your full card details at any point.
If there’s a chargeback, dispute, or suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and, if necessary, take steps to recover any losses.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the UK only. Our current delivery options are:
First Class Royal Mail: £3.49 (1 to 3 days delivery - Monday to Saturday)
Orders placed before 4 pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. If you order after 4 pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll process it the next working day.
We offer free standard delivery for orders £30.00 and up.
Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its progress. Delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to get your order to you promptly, we’re not responsible for delays caused by the courier, industrial action, or weather disruptions.
Make sure your address details are accurate and complete. If an item is lost due to incorrect information, we can’t take responsibility for replacing it. Once an order is marked as delivered to the address you’ve provided, we consider it fulfilled.
6. Cancelling an Order
You’re free to cancel your order any time before it’s been dispatched. Just contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already left our warehouse, cancellation isn’t possible. In that case, you’ll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and return it following our returns process.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order ourselves. This might happen due to payment problems, stock issues, suspected fraud, failed age verification, or breach of our terms.
Refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed within 4-6 working days, but the timing can vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. You’ll need to contact us first to request a return authorisation. Please don’t send items back without doing this, as it may delay your refund.
Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened e-liquids or items that have been used in any way.
Unless the item was sent in error or arrived faulty, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
If a product is faulty, let us know within three working days of receiving it. We may ask for photos or video to confirm the issue.
Once your return is received and checked, we aim to process refunds within 4 to 6 working days. Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used originally. We’re not liable for returns lost in the post, so always keep your proof of postage.

8. Warranty and Faulty Items
Certain items are covered by warranty:
Consumables (like coils and pods) are covered only if they are faulty on arrival. You must report the issue within three working days.
Hardware (including mods, batteries, and chargers) comes with a six-month warranty, provided the fault isn’t due to misuse, water damage, drops, or unauthorised repairs.
If you need to make a claim, we may ask you to send the product back. Depending on the issue, we’ll either repair it, replace it, or offer a credit or refund.
9. Safe Use and Disclaimers
Our products are intended for use by adult smokers and vapers. They are not suitable for children, non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or people with serious health conditions, especially involving the heart or lungs. If in doubt, speak to a healthcare professional before using any vape products.
Nicotine is a highly addictive substance and should be used with caution. We make no medical or therapeutic claims about our products.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging and design may vary slightly.
Use only compatible chargers and accessories with your vape devices. Using cheap or incorrect charging equipment may damage the product, void warranties, and pose a safety risk.
We are not responsible for any harm resulting from improper use, tampering, or mixing incompatible components.
10. Our Responsibility to You
We do our best to make sure your order arrives as expected, but we can’t accept responsibility for inconvenience, stress, or additional costs that might arise if something goes wrong. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the goods.
That said, nothing in these terms overrides your legal rights as a consumer or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, for example, in cases of personal injury, death caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Privacy and Personal Data
We only collect the information needed to process your order, carry out age checks, and provide delivery and customer support. This includes, among other data, your name, contact details, address, and date of birth.
Some of this data is shared with trusted third-party services such as payment providers, delivery companies, and age verification partners. They are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the intended purpose.
We will never sell your data or share it for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
